Integrated Services make XMS unique among Identity Access Management Service Providers

LAS VEGAS, NV–  XMS Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce a new partnership with SailPoint, a leading provider of Identity Governance and Access products.  XMS will support field sales and service teams at SailPoint, enabling the company’s cloud-based identity access management (IAM) software to reach midmarket and enterprise customers nationwide.

XMS also announced new capabilities for combining IAM solutions from industry leaders like SailPoint and BeyondTrust.  “We’ve done the homework- these solutions are the best for managing access to data and resources across the enterprise,” says XMS CEO Alan West. “Coupled with our process and deployment, we’ll effectively and securely manage access for every person who interacts with your organization—any user, on any device, anywhere in the world.”

Many organizations struggle with process and scope for IAM deployments. For example, many IAM programs focus on managing identity for internal systems only, although some organizations have worked to consolidate internal and external identity management.  XMS and SailPoint offer a proven process that helps customers understand the roles, responsibilities and interactions essential for delivery, management and governance of their IAM program.

An IAM program is not like a traditional IT project where a single sponsor will document all the requirements, use cases, user interfaces and test cases,” says West.  “This partnership provides hard-to-find, expert IAM resources on both the software and service sides. The end result is a better user experience and reduced complexity for the customer.”

About XMS Solutions

For nearly a decade, XMS Solutions has served Enterprise IT departments worldwide.  As a leader in collaboration, messaging and directory services, we saw how the distributed workforce, BYOD trends and growing demands for the cloud and data impacted our clients. The rush of new people and things accessing collaboration systems enhanced employee productivity and customer integration- but also created new kinds of risk around scale and security.

Our architects and delivery teams continued to design and deploy high-performance Microsoft collaboration platforms for Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business, scaling through the cloud, on-premise or a mix of both. However, as more users, devices and machines required access, directory and governance policies were no longer enough.  As the need for system access and user privileges scaled, compliance and security couldn’t keep up.

Our services have evolved with customer requirements around access, collaboration and security, focusing on identity-driven solutions that help the enterprise scale in a manageable and compliant fashion.

Our heritage in collaboration gives us a unique perspective on how systems are accessed, used and managed. Our partnerships give us the leading edge in designing, deploying and managing the best Enterprise IAM and Collaboration solutions on the market today.  To learn more, visit: http://xmssolutions.com.
